I didn't even think of that possibility. Sometimes one option is better than the other. I've come across some people who prefer the streets instead of what others consider civilized society.

i always hunt around for interesting and evocative WW images. this one certainly fits the bill.

when i see homeless kids, the question immediately pops into my head: did they run away from something worse than homelessness?

The sad thing is I was living in my car up until one month ago…but I never thought of myself as homeless because I had somewhere to live

I lost my home to foreclosure..

Just awful and if the economic situation keeps going the way it goes we’ll see more of this. But this was always here in America. We’ve just become too good at looking the other way. Very powerful image.

there are lots of homeless kids here too. I pray they find a safe and nice shelter.
