Door 2 Door Trash Inquiry
By Urban Thought on November 7, 2008 @ 2:47 pm
While walking out of my building this morning I came across a bag of trash blocking the door.

After returning to the building and watching a bit of the morning news, I heard a series of knocks in the hallway followed by several doors closing.
And then, I heard a knock on my door.
“Housing,” the voice said with out inquiry from me.
I look through the peephole and recognized the guy who cleans the building.
I opened the door and what did I see in the man’s hand? The same trash bag that I saw when I exited the building.
“Is this yours?” he asked.
“No,” I responded.
He quickly ascends the stairs and repeated what he had already started.
I guess the cleaning staff are upset at the discovery too.

Well, that’s just foul, isn’t it? What the hell is wrong with folks these days, anyway? Not raised right, that’s what! I’da been pretty pissed.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the whole building answers “No”, but hopefully the one who lies will think twice next time.
The Fitness Diva: Indeed, it is. Would you believe that the number of bags has increased since I posted? The entire building is going into the crapper.
Lavenderbay: You would think people would learn. I mean, you have to go through that spot each day. Now imagine the staffers not picking up the trash, just leaving it there. When is enough enough?
I’d be pissed off too.
Wow! They are really doing some investigating… That’s crazy! People are so lazy these days…
Meleah: I know they get paid well but nothing would upset me more than to have to pick up trash where it shouldn’t be in the first place.
DSM: I don’t get the mentality. You live in the building. You have to come across that for weeks. Why would you think it was OK to leave your trash there?
Wow. That’s just nasty as hell.
My condo complex is getting worse – someone threw up throughout the area, not sure how they managed to do this is 3 different areas one in the garage and 2 down a further stairwell. Blaaagh. You’d think they’d find a restroom, go back home or have help from whoever they were visiting. I really dislike it when people trash where they live or trash in general.
