Gone for Too Long

Please allow me to apologize for my absence. It would seem that life has consumed all my free time and I have been unable to actually blog.
I’ve also neglected everyone on my RSS reader. I haven’t frequented many sites in the past month (or should I say most of the summer).
Between traveling and my forever changing job responsibilities I’ve had less time to focus on my only writing outlet. I hope this all changes shortly as I need to get back to blogging on a regular.
Urban Observation hit a milestone that went without a post on September 11th. The site is now two years old. I never actually thought we would be around this long but I’m happy to have reached that mark.
What started as a one man show has grown to be an trifecta of personality. The Orange Phoenix, Dan-Sean Mankind, and myself are happy to have this outlet and you as our audience. I’m sure life will present plenty of material for sharing in the next year.
I’ll be stopping by sites over the next week to catch up on what’s going on in the blogging world and your lives.
We have appreciated all the love and comments shared with us. Thank you for allowing us to be apart of the blogosphere.

Congratulation on 2 years. Our busy lives only give us fuel for the pen…remember that.
I think it happens to everyone once in a while. You take a little break, have a little pause and by the time you get back your reader is full to overflowing and the whole exercise becomes completely overwhelming.
Congratulations on the mile stone. Here’s to the next two!

Happy anniversary and dang! You reminded me that my “2 years” just passed! Eek! I recall we started at the same time – Sept 2006 (and I think Peogles did as well). Congratulations on your efforts to “keep on keepin’ on” as you like to tell me.

I wasn’t aware that you were hiding in the shadows as well. I agree. We have been extremely busy and as you told me the other day, “life happens”. It’s a beautiful thing to know that your “baby” is 2 years old now! It feels as if it were just yesterday when you put me on to the site. This site wouldn’t be what it is without the involvement of everyone here so I’m saying thanks. Congrats to you Bro!
