Observations

Reminds me of the story of a friend’s sister, who was arrested and detained without charges for more than 24 hours during the RNC. *wrinkled nose* Blah. But nice photos. I envy you being in such a rich area… plenty of observations to be made there. Keep up the good work!

I don’t understand the protesters who believe they have the right to destroy private property. Yesterday I saw an interesting interview with some of the young folks who couldn’t identify some of the major political figures involved in the Democratic or Republican process…..they also couldn’t really identify what they were protesting.

Happy Wednesday! This week I’m featuring an elephant over at History Is Elementary, a wonderful place in Atlanta for a girly lunch over at Georgia on My Mind, and over at Got Bible? I featured an ancient New Testament town.

Could you imagine if they held the DNC in New York for this election? You thought it was raucus back then.

that must be quite a tense event. i like the fact that people can express truly how they feel about politics in your country.

Sigh, well the first sign is dead on in the first picture. They have screwed up this country in the last 8 years. Also, when did it become illegal to openly protest? Oh yeah we can blame the 2 guys mentioned in the sign. OK, it’s not illegal, but they make you go out in the middle of nowhere to do it. Nice.
