Leonard July 16, 2008

so are they waiting for train or??

Raven July 16, 2008

One side of the city that I don’t miss. Great photos, though.

Pamela Kramer July 16, 2008

Great shots! Happy WW.

Baja Susana July 16, 2008

My car never looks this shiny and clean.
and i love the color blue, withthe touch of red in the hubs.

Baja Susana July 16, 2008

The men on the bench photos popped up as I was exiting.
Strong images, and gentle as well. And the last on looks like despair.

Rizza July 16, 2008

It’s so sad to think that there are a lot of homeless people all around the globe.

Humbling.

ryanne July 16, 2008

How sad to see so many without homes to go to. Do they stick around the same area? The homeless here seem to have territories if that makes sense.

Clicky July 16, 2008

Great entries as always!

Lavenderbay July 16, 2008

For some reason, the line “Aww, they’re such angels when they’re asleep”, usually applied to one’s children, sprang to mind when I saw these photos. You have a knack for compassionate shots.

Shelia July 16, 2008

Wow, these are very thought provoking shots. Very interesting life observations…

Happy WW!

Shiny!

Have a good WW!

The Glamorous WAHM July 16, 2008

Gotta show the hubby this one. He’ll love it!

Danielle July 16, 2008

It’s the same here in San Fran, but more visible because the city is only 700K people; 4% are black and the majority of the homeless out here.

Very disturbing…

Brony July 16, 2008

What a lifestyle. Must be hard.

Sandy (Momisodes) July 16, 2008

Such harsh realities. Very well captured.

Skee Stylus July 16, 2008

You have problems bro. You have what’s called homlesspersonemia or bumpixosis. One day you’re going to get a random email from one of them asking you for royalties lol.

Rachael July 16, 2008

Wow, what amazing photos.

kelly July 16, 2008

stunning pics, it’s amazing what can be said in a simple picture.

meleah rebeccah July 16, 2008

Breaks My Heart.

Keith July 16, 2008

Gripping images. I liked this.

Napaboaniya APAD July 16, 2008

These are the kind of street shots that are priceless. Great with B&W as well!

Natalie July 17, 2008

Seeing them makes me sad. :(

rawdawgbuffalo July 17, 2008

sad

Natural July 17, 2008

always “love” your homeless pictures.

The Orange Phoenix July 19, 2008

okay – so can we say gallery showing. . .

Sandier Pastures July 20, 2008

I’m glad no one steals their stuff while they nap.

Ricardo July 21, 2008

I see this all to much and for many it’s their only place of comfort. But I suspect some of these guys are waiting to be picked up.

Carmi July 22, 2008

Reminds me of waiting for Godot. Seriously, gorgeous and provocative photos as always. Your work is absolutely masterful…the kind of pictures that get the brain thinking.

Dianne July 22, 2008

So much said in these photos. How often we forget there are people for whom life is vastly different. What a poignant reminder.
