OP: Like most things in life we have to learn to get over it. You know I have no problem not editing myself when I speak my mind. Writing is tougher though cause you want it to be readable, to the point, and clear. But free writing allows for mistakes and thoughts to be off the dome, fresh and free of worry.

Ricardo: Indeed, we're all going to experience it. How better to know about something if not to experience it? Loving is hard. I find myself shying away from it. I actually disconnect myself from love and get into caring. Care all your want. Then you can hold on to your sense of control and trust. Protect your heart at all costs Ricardo.

I have found myself hating a number of thing UT. It is a great expense of energy. I think loving is hard because it involves so much trust and a slight loss of control.

"But if you are lactose intolerant then the cheese thing may not be good for you."

Priceless. Something about the free write that I find so difficult. I always feel like I have to edit myself. . . great words UT.

Lavenderbay: Glad you liked it.

Ms. Q: Go ahead and stress those Free Writing Muscles. My mind is always working that way. Glad I'm in good company.

TelevisionTraci: I'll try to get to the tag as soon as I can. My mind is some place else at the moment.

EOTR: Sounds like you got it covered. We all have hate within us. How we express it and handle it is key.

FD: Of course it makes sense. Not sure if Peta would have some concerns about that. But perhaps they don't consider ants as much of an issue as a fox. Either way, allowing someone to take that much energy from you can be draining. I say smack them in the face with success and ever lasting happiness. Keep being the fabulous person you are and keep the haters in their place.

Meleah: Looking back, I think that is my favorite too. Such a segway, not quite, but still.

Well, I hate haters, if that makes any sense.

I agree that most haters are miserable people. It seems that there are more and more of them these days. You can be sitting somewhere, happy, free and minding your own business, and here come a group of them just looking to rain on your parade. Trying to be the ants at your picnic. I usually just step on ants, but then that takes me out of my happy place, doesn't it? lol
In a way, I guess by hating back, you let the haters win. I do love squashing those little bugs, though! But just being my fine, fabulous self seems to hurt 'em the most! ;)

I do agree, which is why I try not to use it lightly. But I know I am capable of hate. What I hope and trust is that I am incapable of harming another because of it. Much of discipline is not about changing our feelings, but letting them go and not letting them be the author of our deeds.

Sounds good. Now to lesson 1 for me!

Wonderful and very inspiring. I gotta try me some Free Writing! I like the lactose-intolerant digression, that is SO ME and isn't that the way the mind works?
