RDB: I know you are always like that. For some of us it takes time. You have a good weekend as well. Actually, hope your weekend was good.

MarvalusOne: Glad it hit home. I try to keep the kind words flowing. I think the outcome is great that way.

Lavenderbay: Ann had it right then. I've learned the technique on many occasion within my many jobs. It does indeed work. And it has a great reward at the end of the day (or the beginning of the evening).

Lady OP: That is why I love you so much. You are an inspiration and a great friend.

Ms. Q: Thank you for the kind words. In my own mind I wonder how I can be better than I am now. Reading others thoughts and noticing the flow. I know my own flow is hard to get on paper but I'm trying to make strides. You are great and I appreciate that. Your writing is so emotionally overwhelming sometimes. It also is thought provoking. I love it.

I love the way your writing is growing and changing and I love your free writing. In my own way I've been starting to do more free writing (I think you know when!) and letting it all hang out and come out is a wonderful way to learn about yourself. You write and you discover all this...stuff! Some good, some bad but it's getting out there so you can see it.

Wonderful thought to make each day better than the last.

UT you are fabulous in everything you do, so free write your ass off.

I think it was Ann Landers who came up with the term "guerilla kindness". The basic principle is that when someone pisses you off, you look for someone else who could use a smile or a piece of gum or whatever. I've tried it occasionally, and it's worked every time. All the power to you!
