Iconix to by Jay-Z’s Rocawear for $204 Million increasing their 2007 outlook.
Jay-Z doesn’t get left empty handed ($204 Mil is nothing to sneeze at). As part of the deal, Iconix will also enter into a separate joint venture with Carter, to establish a new brand management and licensing company to identify brands to be acquired or developed.
