Thanksgiving is here and it is cold and wet. What a perfect day to stay at home. Most people would go house hoping but others will find themselves cooking, eating and sleeping. The theme is a great one. Eat what you want and have a few laughs. The great part of Thanksgiving is that it has no connection with religion. Sure, it’s based on a lie. The Indians welcomes those Pilgrims to what is now called America. Then those folks put the Indians on the chopping block and took their land. But enough of all that.

Today, we celebrate family. It’s the only holiday I remember that I actually was off from all my jobs. So folks celebrate family, celebrate life, celebrate and be thankful for there is someone doing much worse than you are. After all if you can read this then you have a roof over your head.
